ORDER
This matter comes before the Court on the Stipulated Motion for Enlargement of Time (Doc.
#173) filed on February 5, 2008. The parties move the Court for a one (1) day extension of time to
file the Joint Final Pretrial Statement. As grounds, Counsel indicates that the revised draft should be
received and the completed final version will be submitted thereafter. Pursuant to Local Rule 3.01(g),
the parties have stipulated to the relief requested. The Court, having considered the motion, finds
good cause and will grant the brief extension of time. Accordingly, it is now
ORDERED:
The Stipulated Motion for Enlargement of Time (Doc. #173) is GRANTED. The parties
shall have up to and including FEBRUARY 6, 2008 to submit the Joint Final Pretrial Statement.
