The parties' Joint Motion to Approve Settlement Agreement and for Dismissal With Prejudice (Doc. #45) is GRANTED and the Confidential Settlement Agreement, Waiver and Release of Claims (Doc. #45-1) is approved as fair and reasonable. 3.
