The Joint Motion for Approval of Settlement Agreement (Doc. #14) is GRANTED and the Settlement Agreement and Full and Final Mutual Release of All Claims (Doc. #14-1) is approved as fair and reasonable. 3. The Clerk shall enter judgment dismissing the case with prejudice, except as provided by settlement, terminate all pending matters, and close the file.
