Case No: 2:12-cv-243-FtM-38CM DB PRIVATE WEALTH MORTGAGE, LTD. and DEUTSCHE BANK ALEX.BROWN, Defendants. / FINAL JUDGMENT ON A JURY VERDICT1 Commencing on March 11, 2014, this action was tried by a duly empaneled jury with the undersigned presiding. On March 14, 2014, the jury rendered a unanimous verdict, and after polling the jury, the Court accepted the same. (See Doc. #172, Doc. #173, Doc. #174).
