ORDER1
This matter is before the Court on review of the file. On June 25, 2013, the Court
entered a Case Management and Scheduling Order (Doc. #25), directing the parties to
complete mediation on or before March 3, 2014. On January 7, 2014, Plaintiff Leigh Wolf
filed a Motion Requesting Telephonic Depositions and to Extend the Discovery Period
from January 17, 2014, through March 14, 2014. (Doc. #38). The Court granted in part
Plaintiff's Motion, extending discovery and setting a new mediation deadline of April 1,
2014. (Doc. #40).
The deadline for mediation has now expired, and the parties have failed to advise
the Court as to the status of mediation. Also, under Middle District of Florida Local Rule
9.06(a), the mediator must file a written report with the Court indicating, among other
