Case No: 2:12-CV-318-FtM-38CM MHW CONSTRUCTORS, INC., Defendant. / ORDER1 This matter is before the Court on review of the file. On June 25, 2013, the Court entered a Case Management and Scheduling Order (Doc. #25), directing the parties to complete mediation on or before March 3, 2014. On January 7, 2014, Plaintiff Leigh Wolf filed a Motion Requesting Telephonic Depositions and to Extend the Discovery Period from January 17, 2014, through March 14, 2014. (Doc. #38). The Court granted in part Plaintiff's Motion, extending discovery and setting a new mediation deadline of April 1, 2014. (Doc. #40). The deadline for mediation has now expired, and the parties have failed to advise the Court as to the status of mediation.
