On March 10, 2014, the Court entered an Order (Doc. #36) administratively closing
the case for a period of time to allow the parties to submit final documents. The Parties have
now submitted their Stipulation of Dismissal (Doc. #38) and the case is due to be dismissed
with prejudice.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED:
The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly, DISMISS the case with
prejudice, and close the file.
