On July 21, 2014, the Court issued a Case Management and Scheduling Order (Doc. #43), setting December 31, 2014, as the mediation deadline. The deadline for mediation has now expired, and the parties have failed to advise the Court as to the status of mediation. Also, the mediator must file a written report with the Court indicating, among other things, whether the case was settled within five (5) days following the conclusion of the mediation conference. (Doc. #43 at 9); see also M.D. Fla. Local R. 9.06(a). To date, the Court has not received any such report.
