Three days earlier, the Court ordered the parties to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to file a Case Management Report. (Doc. #13). After careful review of the parties' response, the Court finds good cause for why this case should not be dismissed. Accordingly, it is now ORDERED: The Court will take no further action in its Order dated March 23, 2015 (Doc. #13).The Court deems the Case Management Report timely filed.
