This matter comes before the Court upon review of Plaintiff's Motion for
Appointment of Counsel (Doc. 99) filed on October 26, 2016 and Motion to Strike the
Court’s Order (Doc. 100) filed on November 7, 2016.

15, 2016 and to reopen this matter.
