This matter is before the Court on pro se Petitioner Roy J. Meidinger's Motion to
withdraw previous motions for reconsideration Doc 4 & 5 (Doc. #6) filed on August 7,
2015. The Court grants Petitioner's motion.
Accordingly, it is now
ORDERED:
(1) Petitioner Roy J. Meidinger's Motion to withdraw previous motions for
reconsideration Doc 4 & 5 (Doc. #6) is GRANTED.
(2) Petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration of Denial of Petition (Doc. #4) and
Amended Motion for Reconsideration of Denial of Petition (Doc. #5) are
DENIED as moot.
