Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
The Stipulation is self-

Plaintiffs’ claims against Defendant are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Clerk
of Court is DIRECTED to terminate any pending deadlines and close the file.
