MEMORANDUM AND ORDER"For the aforementioned reasons, this Court GRANTS the Plaintiffs' motion to amend, ECF No. 1412, and DENIES the Defendants' motion for summary judgment, ECF No. 1386. The motion to amend the complaints to add survival claims is without prejudice to any future, fact-specific motions. The motion to amend is granted only as to the cases in Appendix A that have been activated by order of this Court; the other cases must be amended to reflect wrongful death and survival actions upon the issuance of a Court activation order.
