Defendants’ Renewed Motion for Mistrial [Document
212], filed November 6, 2013;
4.
Defendants’ Renewed Motion for Mistrial Due to the
Improper Redirect Examination Testimony of Dr.

Defendants’ Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law

Upon review of these open and pending motions, the Court
determines that these matters were ruled on, otherwise resolved
in this case at trial, or became moot.
Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate
the above motions.
