The Amended Joint Motion for Approval of Settlement and Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice (Doc. No. 38, filed June 22, 2009) is GRANTED. The settlement is APPROVED as a fair and reasonable resolution of a bona fide dispute of the FLSA issues.
