ORDER
This cause comes before the Court on the Complaint (Doc. No. 1) filed by Plaintiff on
August 16, 2010, to appeal the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the
Commissioner) to deny her application for benefits.
On June 24, 2011, the United States Magistrate Judge issued a report (Doc. No. 18)
recommending that the decision of the Commissioner be reversed and the case be remanded. No
objections have been filed. Therefore, it is ORDERED as follows:

The Report and Recommendation is CONFIRMED and ADOPTED as part of this
