No. 1230) filed in criminal case number 6:05-cr-131-ORl-2 8GJK; the Government's Motion for Extension of Time (Criminal Case Doc. No. 1227) filed in that case was previously granted, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate the motion. A certificate of appealability is denied in this case. (AJM)
