ORDER
This cause comes before the Court on the Complaint (Doc. No. 1) filed by Plaintiff on
March 29, 2013, appealing the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the
Commissioner) denying his claim for benefits.
On April 25, 2014, the United States Magistrate Judge issued a report (Doc. No. 18)
recommending that the decision of the Commissioner be reversed and the case be remanded for
further proceedings. No objections have been filed. Therefore, it is ORDERED as follows:

The Report and Recommendation is CONFIRMED and ADOPTED as part of this
