Settlement and Dismissal With Prejudice (Doc. No. 14), filed May 13, 2015.
On May 15, 2015, the United States Magistrate Judge issued a report (Doc. No. 15)
recommending that the motion be denied. No objections have been filed. Therefore, it is
ORDERED as follows:

The Report and Recommendation is CONFIRMED and ADOPTED as part of this
Order.

2.

The Amended Motion for Court Approval of Settlement and Dismissal With
Prejudice (Doc. No. 14) is DENIED.
