BORDERS and JENNIFER FERGUSON, Defendants. / ORDER This cause is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Tax Costs (Doc. 100), filed January 25, 2017. The United States Magistrate Judge has submitted a report recommending that the motion be granted in part and denied in part. (Doc. 105). After an independent de novo review of the record in this matter, and noting that the Court has received no objections to the Report, the Court agrees entirely with the findings of fact and conclusions of law in the Report and Recommendation (Doc. 31). It is therefore ORDERED as follows: 1. The Report and Recommendation (Doc. 105) filed on April 24, 2017, is ADOPTED AND CONFIRMED and made part of this Order. 2. Defendants’ Motion to Tax Costs (Doc. 100) is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART as follows: a. Plaintiff shall be awarded $3,008.45 in costs; and b.
