ORDER
This cause is before the Court on Plaintiff's appeal of the administrative decision
denying his application for Supplemental Security Income (Doc. 1) filed on December 21,
2015. The United States Magistrate Judge has submitted a report recommending that the
Commissioner’s decision should be affirmed.
After an independent de novo review of the record in this matter, and noting that
no objections were timely filed, the Court agrees entirely with the findings of fact and
conclusions of law in the Report and Recommendation.
Therefore, it is ORDERED as follows:
1.
The Report and Recommendation filed January 13, 2017 (Doc. 18), is
ADOPTED and CONFIRMED and made a part of this Order.
2.
The ALJ’s decision is AFFIRMED under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. §
405(g).
3.
The Clerk is DIRECTED to close the file.
