This cause comes before the Court on the Complaint (Doc. 1) filed by Plaintiff on January
20, 2016, appealing the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the Commissioner)
denying her claim for benefits.
On December 28, 2016, the United States Magistrate Judge issued a report (Doc. 20)
recommending that the decision of the Commissioner be reversed and the case be remanded for
further proceedings. No objections have been filed. Therefore, it is ORDERED as follows:
