ORDER
THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Award of Attorney Fees (Doc.

Court agrees with the Report and Recommendation. It is therefore ORDERED and ADJUDGED
as follows:
1. The Report and Recommendation (Doc. 30) is ADOPTED and CONFIRMED and
made a part of this Order.
2. Plaintiff’s Motion for Award of Attorney Fees (Doc. 26) is GRANTED.
3. Plaintiff is awarded $5,220.00 in attorney’s fees.
