ORDER
This cause is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Final Default Judgment
(Doc. 14) filed on August 8, 2016. The United States Magistrate Judge has submitted a
report recommending that the motion be granted.
After an independent de novo review of the record in this matter, and noting that
no objections were timely filed, the Court agrees entirely with the findings of fact and
conclusions of law in the Report and Recommendation.
Therefore, it is ORDERED as follows:
1.
The Report and Recommendation filed August 9, 2016 (Doc. 15), is
ADOPTED and CONFIRMED and made a part of this Order.
2.
The Motion for Default Judgment (Doc. 14) is GRANTED.
3.
The arbitration award entered on May 4, 2016 in favor of Plaintiff and
against Defendant in the sum of $73,354.17 with interest thereon as permitted by law is
CONFIRMED.
4.
The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter a Default Judgment in favor of Plaintiff and
against Defendant in the sum of $73,354.17 with interest thereon as permitted by law.
