ORDER
THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Amended
Complaint (Doc. 23). United States Magistrate Judge Karla R. Spaulding submitted a Report and
Recommendation (Doc. 30), in which she recommends that the Court grant the motion, dismiss
Plaintiff’s federal claims, and remand Plaintiff’s state law claims.
After a de novo review of the record, and noting that no objections were timely filed, the
Court agrees entirely with the analysis set forth in the Report and Recommendation. Therefore, it
is ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Report and Recommendation (Doc. 30) is ADOPTED and CONFIRMED and
made a part of this Order.
2. Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint (Doc. 23) is
GRANTED.
3. Plaintiff’s claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and the Truth in
Lending Act are DISMISSED.
