ORDER adopting and approving 31 Report and Recommendations. Plaintiff United States of America's Motion for Default Judgment 30 is granted in part and denied in part. The Motion is granted to the extent it seeks entry of a permanent inj unction on the terms proposed by Plaintiff and a finding that Plaintiff is entitled to remedy of disgorgement. The Motion is denied without prejudice to the extent it seeks entry of judgment of disgorgement in the amount of $389,656.00. A sepa rate Order of Permanent Injunction will follow entry of this Order. Plaintiff shall be given an opportunity to present evidence at evidentiary hearing before the United States Magistrate Judge to establish the amount of disgorgement. Signed by Senior Judge G.
