THIS CAUSE comes before the Court sua sponte. Defense counsel SCOTT
ZEBRAK has failed to comply with administrative procedures regarding electronic filing. The Clerk's office has contacted Mr. Zebrak on several occasions to remind him of the Court's requirements. As of this date, Mr. Zebrak is still not in compliance. It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Attorney SCOTT ZEBRAK is stricken as counsel of record for Defendants in this case. DONE and ORDERED in Tampa, Florida on March 26, 2010.
