(“Van”), hereby requests entry of an Order allowing Mark A. Platt (“Movant”) of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP to appear pro hac vice as counsel for Van. In support thereof, Movant states as follows: 1. Movant is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas and with the Supreme Court of Texas; Third Circuit Court of Appeals; Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas; and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. 2. Movant is not a resident of the State of Florida and does not maintain a regular practice of law before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. 3. Movant has contemporaneously completed and sent to the Clerk the Special Admission Attorney Certification and paid the applicable fee. 4. For purposes of this case, and in compliance with Local Rule 2.02, the following attorneys and/or law firm is designated to act as local counsel in this case: Roberta A.
