ORDER
UPON DUE CONSIDERATION, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the
Receiver’s Motion to Approve Settlement (Dkt. 1090) is granted. The Court specifically
approves the written settlement agreement entered into with regard to the K-2 Hideaway
Action which is attached to the motion as Exhibit A. The parties are directed to comply
with each and every provision of the agreement.
