ORDER
Upon due and careful consideration of the procedural history of this case, together with the
Receiver’s submissions, it is ordered and adjudged that the Receiver’s Unopposed Motion to
Approve Settlement (Dkt. 1094) is granted. The Court specifically approves each and every one of
the settlement agreements attached to the motion as Exhibit A and directs the parties to abide timely
with the provisions of those agreements.
