UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
FOR TRSTE, INC. AND WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.
Pursuant to Middle District of Florida Local Rule 2.03(b) Ana Barnett, Esq. of Stearns
Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. in Miami moves for leave to withdraw as
counsel for Claimant TRSTE, Inc., a Trustee holding legal title to North Carolina real property
known as Laurel Mountain Property (“Laurel Mountain”), and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Wells
Fargo"), as beneficiary of a Deed of Trust held by TRSTE, Inc. Ms. Barnett further requests to
be administratively terminated in the above-referenced cases for the purposes of receiving

notices, either by electronic form or first class mail. In further support of her motion for leave to
withdraw the undersigned states:

Pursuant to Local Rule 2.03(b), the undersigned gave notice of her intent to
withdraw to the client TRSTE, Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and to Gianluca Morello
counsel for the Burton Wiand, the Reciever more than ten (10) days ago.
2.
The client TRSTE, Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and counsel for the Receiver
informed the undersigned that there was no objection with respect to the relief requested herein.
3.
TRSTE, Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. continue to be represented by co-
counsel from the law firm of Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. who
have already appeared.
4.
WHEREFORE, Ana T. Barnett moves this Honorable Court for entry of an Order
granting her leave to withdraw as counsel of record for TRSTE, Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
