ORDER
Upon due and careful consideration of the procedural history of this case, it is ordered and
adjudged that the Receiver’s Motion to Approve Settlement (Dkt. 1107) is granted. The Court
specifically approves the settlement agreement entered into between the Receiver and Band
Gates, PL, attached to the motion as Exhibit A.
