MOTION TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE AND
DESIGNATION AND CONSENT TO ACT AS LOCAL COUNSEL
Van Operating, Ltd. (“Van”), hereby requests entry of an Order allowing Gregory M.
Wilkes (“Movant”) of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP to appear pro hac vice as counsel for Van. In
support thereof, Movant states as follows:
1.
Movant is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of
New York, and with the Supreme Court of Texas; Third Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. District
Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
2.
Movant is not a resident of the State of Florida and does not maintain a regular
practice of law before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
3.
Movant has completed and sent to the Clerk the Special Admission Attorney
Certification and paid the applicable fee.
4.
For purposes of this case, and in compliance with Local Rule 2.02, the following
attorneys and/or law firm is designated to act as local counsel in this case: Roberta A. Colton,

Consent to Act as Local Counsel
I, Roberta A. Colton, an attorney qualified to practice in this Court, consent to
designation as the local attorney for Gregory M. Wilkes of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP pursuant to
Local Rule 2.02, and agree to serve as designee with whom the Court and opposing counsel may
readily communicate regarding the conduct of this case and any related proceedings, and upon
whom papers shall be served.
Certification
In accordance with Local Rule 3.01(g), Roberta A. Colton certifies that she has conferred
with counsel for the Receiver, Gianluca Morello, and counsel for the Securities and Exchange
Commission, Robert K. Levenson, and that counsel does not object to the relief sought by this
motion.
WHEREFORE, Movant respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant its motion
to admit Gregory M. Wilkes pro hac vice and designate Roberta A. Colton of the law firm of
