AMENDED CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE
Burton W. Wiand, as Receiver (the “Receiver”), hereby gives notice of filing an
amended Certificate of Service to his Motion to Overrule Objection to Determination of
Claim 469 that was e-filed on September 15, 2015 (Doc. 1199). The Receiver is filing this
notice because, although Doc. 1199 was filed on September 15, 2015, it inadvertently was

not mailed to MMG until September 16, 2015. Further, the Receiver attempted to fax the
motion to MMG several times using the fax number listed on the cover letter submitted with
MMG’s proof of claim, but those attempts were unsuccessful, and it appears the number is
no longer in service. As such, the certificate should read as follows:
