Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”),1 pursuant to M.D. Fla. L.R. 3.01(j),
requests oral argument on Wells Fargo's response (the "Response") (Doc. No. 1216) to
Receiver's Motion (I) for Determination that Wells Fargo's Failure to Comply with this

properties, and (II) for Release of proceeds of Sale of Sarasota Property (the "Motion") (Doc.
