ORDER
THE COURT has this day entered an order at docket 1296 authorizing the Receiver to
disburse funds to Wells Fargo, N.A. That order is subject to the stipulation between Wells
Fargo, N.A., and La Bellasara Condominium Association, Inc., (La Bellasara) entered June 20,
2017, at docket 1295, which the Court specifically approves. Based on that stipulation, the
Court directs the Receiver to disburse to La Bellasara $103,109.60 from the sale proceeds of the
La Bellasara property.
