ORDER
UPON DUE AND CAREFUL CONSIDERATION of the procedural history of this
case, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike (Dkt. 1314) is denied. The
Receiver is directed to immediately send a copy of his verified motion filed at docket 1310 and
his Declaration filed at docket 1311 to Vernon Lee and Manon Sommers-Lee to their address of
4018 Via Mirada, Sarasota, Florida 34238, and to file a certificate reflecting the day the motion
was sent to the Lee’s. The Lee’s, whether proceeding pro se or through counsel, shall file a

response to the motion on or before October 25, 2017. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of
this order to the Lee’s at the address listed in this order.
