MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
FOR VERNON LEE AND BRIAN MEEKER
The law firm of McIntyre Thanasides Bringgold Elliot Grimaldi & Guito, P.A.
(“McIntyre”) files this Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Interested Parties Vernon M. Lee
(“Lee”), and Brian L. Meeker (“Meeker”), stating:
1.

Undersigned Counsel was terminated by Lee and Meeker several years ago.

2.

There has been no contact between Lee or Meeker and undersigned counsel since

he was terminated.

3.

Undersigned counsel was recently made aware that he is still listed on the docket

as counsel for both Lee and Meeker.
4.

Withdrawal by McIntyre would not prejudice Lee or Meeker in this case.

WHEREFORE McIntyre respectfully requests this Court enter an order:
A.

allowing McIntyre to withdraw as counsel of record for Vernon M. Lee and Brian

L. Meeker in this matter;
B.

providing such other relief as this Court deems just and proper.
