UPON DUE AND CAREFUL CONSIDERATION of the parties’ submissions,
it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Receiver shall file a reply not exceeding ten
(10) pages to the pro se response of Vernon Lee no later than November 1, 2017. The
Court will conduct a hearing on the Receiver’s Motion to Enforce Constructive Trust
Through Turnover of Real Property, or in the Alternative, Through Foreclosure of the
Receiver’s Equitable Lien, on Friday, November 3, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom
