NOTICE

Filing this NOTICE prose, 1, Manon Sommers-Lee, state:

1. My Response to Judge Lazzara' s Order 1315 was delivered to the Clerk of
The Court, Middle District of Florida on October 25, 2017 at 10:36 am.

2. I respectfully inform the Court that I will be out of town starting October 27,
2017 celebrating my 7th wedding anniversary on Halloween and my U.S.
mail will be stopped.
3. My U.S. mail delivery will be resumed on November 6, 2017. Thus, any
Court documents pertaining to the Receiver's Motion to Enforce
Constructive Trust Through Turnover of Real Property, or in the Alternative,
Through Foreclosure of the Receiver's Equitable Lien, mailed by U.S. mail
will not be received prior to November 6, 2017.
4. This matter of my Home is under appeal in Bankruptcy court (8:17-cv01782-CEH) with Benjamin G. Martin as my counsel.

I am filing this NOTICE to demonstrate my respect for the Court and to ensure that
any lack of responsiveness is understood by the Court.
