UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL
AS COUNSEL FOR THE RECEIVER
Pursuant to Middle District of Florida Local Rule 2.03(b), this motion is being
filed to request an order permitting the undersigned, Sean P. Keefe, to withdraw as
counsel of record for the Receiver, Burton W. Wiand. Mr. Keefe has accepted a position
as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the
Middle District of Florida and will no longer be representing the Receiver in this matter.
In accordance with the Local Rules, sufficient notice has been provided to the
Receiver and he has no objection. The Receiver will continue to be represented by
attorneys from the law firm Wiand Guerra King P.A. and Susan Sharp of the law firm
Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler, PA.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully requests that the Court grant the
request to withdraw as counsel of record for the Receiver.
