UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF
MICHAEL S. LAMONT AS COUNSEL FOR THE RECEIVER
Pursuant to Middle District of Florida Local Rule 2.03(b), this motion is being filed to
request an order permitting Michael S. Lamont to withdraw as counsel of record for Burton
W. Wiand, as Receiver (the “Receiver”). Mr. Lamont and several other attorneys from
Wiand Guerra King P.A. (“WGK”) entered appearances in this case as counsel for the
Receiver. Mr. Lamont recently left WGK for an in-house counsel position, and thus he will

no longer be representing the Receiver or otherwise involved in this case. However, WGK,
undersigned counsel, and other WGK lawyers will continue to represent the Receiver.
Pursuant to Local Rule 2.03(b), notice of Mr. Lamont’s intent to withdraw was
provided to the Receiver, as well as to counsel for the Securities and Exchange Commission
(the “SEC”), and ten days have lapsed since that notice was provided. Neither the Receiver
nor the SEC object to the withdrawal of Mr. Lamont.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully requests that this Court grant the
withdrawal of Michael S. Lamont as counsel of record for the Receiver.
