PLAINTIFF’S RESPONSE TO COURT’S ORDER REQUIRING STATUS REPORT
On November 19, 2018, the Court issued an order requiring the parties to provide a report
on the status of the case and the necessity of further judicial involvement (DE 1371). Earlier today,
the Receiver filed a report explaining the status of his efforts and the need for further judicial action
(DE 1372). Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission joins in the Receiver’s report. The
Commission’s litigation efforts ended some time ago; as a result we anticipate no further need for
judicial involvement beyond the activities set forth in the Receiver’s report.
