SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT
A judgment was entered as a sanction against Vernon M. Lee (“Lee”) in this action
on July 27, 2014, in favor of Burton W. Wiand, as receiver (the “Receiver”), in the amount
of $6,477.30 (Doc. 1132) (the “Judgment”). The Receiver and Lee subsequently reached an
agreement to settle the Judgment and all other litigation between them, which the Court
approved on February 8, 2019. See Doc. 1381. The settlement has also been approved by
the bankruptcy court. Lee has paid the settlement amount. The Receiver thus acknowledges
a full and complete satisfaction of said Judgment.
