Carolina Mountain Land Conservancy, Case Number 8:09-cv-2443-T-27MAP, is granted. The Court specifically approves the settlement agreement of the parties to that case attached to the motion as Exhibit I and retains jurisdiction to enforce the terms of that agreement.
