Richard T. Williams, III and Kristin P. Seigwald’s Unopposed Motion for Limited Relief from Injunction (Dtk. # ) is Granted. 2. Richard T. Williams, III and Kristin P. Seigwald are hereby provided limited relief as set forth herein from the Injunction previously entered on September 3, 2009 (Dkt. # 170), with regard to the state court proceedings styled Paolino v. Moody, Case No. 2009-CA-001876 (Cir. Ct. 12th Judicial Cir., Sarasota County, Florida) as modified by the Court’s January 29, 2010 Order (Dkt. # 332). Specifically, Williams and Seigwald are permitted to file a motion for summary judgment in said State Court Action to extinguish the constructive trust claim therein against real property commonly referred to as 1311 Tangier Way, Sarasota, Florida and the State Court is permitted to rule upon said motion. 3.
