TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises aforesaid, with the appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to the said Grantee, his successors and assigns, so that neither the said Grantor, nor
his heirs, nor any other persons claiming title through or under him, shall or will hereafter claim
or demand any right or title to the premises thereof; but they and every one of them shall by
these presents be excluded and forever barred.
And I , Amy L. Nadel, spouse ofthe said Grantor, for good and valuable consideration,
the receipt and sufficiency of which being hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release and
forever quit-claim unto said Grantee, his successors and assigns, all of my right and expectancy
of dower in the above-described property.

of Condormnium Ownership and by the By-Laws for said Condominium
recorded in Document No. 20010-731546A of Lorain County Records, as
shown by the Drawings recorded in Volume 67, Pages 60 through 81 of
Lorain County Map Records, be the same more or less.
