hereby gives notice of her limited appearance in this action on behalf of Burton W. Wiand as
Receiver (“Receiver”). As set forth in the letter, dated February 2, 2012, from the Receiver to
the Honorable Richard A. Lazzara (Doc. 730), in light of a relationship between the Receiver’s
law firm, Wiand Guerra King P.L. (“WGK”) and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as successor by
merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A. and Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC, formerly known as Wachovia
Securities, LLC, the undersigned counsel will represent the Receiver in all Receivership matters

in this case involving Wells Fargo Bank. WGK will continue its representation of the Receiver
in all other Receivership matters.
