RECEIVER’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR PERMISSION TO
BRING A LAPTOP COMPUTER INTO COURTHOUSE
Burton W. Wiand, as Receiver (the “Receiver”), respectfully moves the Court for
permission for his counsel to carry a laptop computer into the courthouse for use at the
hearing scheduled on the Receiver’s Motion to (1) Approve Determination and Priority of
Claims, (2) Pool Receivership Assets and Liabilities, and (3) Establish Objection Procedure
(Doc. 675) (the “Motion”), which is scheduled for March 2, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. A large
volume of information was submitted by claimants, and the Receiver’s counsel would like to

have the information available at the hearing in case it is necessary to answer any of the
Court’s questions. In light of the volume of information, it is much more efficient to have it
available on a laptop than to have hard copies of it.
WHEREFORE, the Receiver respectfully seeks leave for his counsel to carry a
laptop computer into the Courthouse on March 2, 2012, for use at the hearing scheduled for
9:00 A.M.
