ORDER
UPON DUE CONSIDERATION of the Receiver’s Unopposed Motion for
Permission to Bring a Laptop Computer into Courthouse (Dkt. 763), it is ORDERED
AND ADJUDGED that the motion is granted.
1)
Gianluca Morello, counsel for the Receiver, Burton W. Wiand, shall be
allowed to bring one lap-top computer into the Sam M. Gibbons United States
Courthouse for the hearing scheduled in the above-styled cause on Friday, March 2,
2012, at 9:00 a.m.
2)
Counsel shall present a copy of this order to Court Security at the main
entrance upon arriving for the hearing. Failure to do so may jeopardize their ability to
bring said equipment into the courthouse. This order shall stand in full force and effect
for the duration of the hearing.
DONE AND ORDERED at Tampa, Florida, on February 29, 2012.
