ORDER
Upon due and careful consideration of the Receiver’s submissions, it is ordered and
adjudged that the Receiver’s Motion to Approve Settlement (Dkt. 807) is granted. The Court
specifically approves the settlement agreement with the YMCA Foundation of Sarasota, Inc.,
which is attached to the motion.
